I just went through this whole site and deleted most of it…

Yeah, I think I had to delete almost this whole site. Anything that looked like duplicate content was kicked to the curb…

Not quite sure how that’s going to effect my search ranking, but it had to be done. With the changes made by google and yahoo recently, this site got dropped to the bottom of the pile, and I had to do something to try to salvage it. It might take a long time to gain back the search engines respect, but I’m willing to wait. After all, I have a kick ass domain and people are going to be betting on the Super Bowl for years to come.

BTW, I went through this site and found the names of a few hot latin chicks that I was searching for years ago… Yeah that got me a little excited. Anyone remember Keyra Agustina and Andrea Rincon?

So I just made another major change in deleting a lot of the categories that I was carrying. I got rid of the preseason, regular season, post season NFL ones, the random post one, and some others. I read somewhere that these can cause you to be penalized too. Not sure that I understand why, but hey, if I can afford to remove them, I will.

I’m actually really starting to like this blog even though it’s just skin and bones. Like I said a minute ago, it has a great domain for Super Bowl betting. The site itself can use a face lift. Maybe I’ll give it one since my ranking sucks now away, this could be the perfect time for it…

Anyway, not looking to write too much today. Just looking to give a quick update on the changes. Let’s see if any of them help. I sure how so!!!

Super Bowl Betting XLI Miami 2007 – Colts vs Bears

Reposted – Deleted by mistake

It’s great to bet the Super Bowl. I went to the NFL Super Bowl a few years ago and bet the Patriots. Needless to say, New England won that Super Bowl for me! Anyway, this year’s Super Bowl in Miami should be really exciting… I haven’t decided who to bet yet, but I will soon. Colts vs Bears. Both are great teams and deserve to be Super Bowl Champs. If I was a gambling man, and I am, I think my wager will be on Bears.

Match up:

Indianapolis: against the spread 8-8 (ranked 11th), 21st ranked defense, 3rd ranked offense, #18 in rushing, #2 ranked passing

Chicago: against the spread 9-7 (ranked 8th), 6th ranked defense, 15th ranked offense, #15 in rushing, #14 ranked passing

Other News: Colts quarterback Peyton Manning was scheduled to have X-rays on his injured right thumb Monday, although Indianapolis doesn’t believe it will affect his status for the Super Bowl against Chicago on Feb. 4.

Betting on the Super Bowl is legal in Las Vegas Nevada, but not in Atlantic City. Sports Bettors can also bet at a variety of Online Sports book, Poker Rooms or Casinos. But please check you local laws before you bet the super bowl online. This may not be legal in your area. Like in the United States… but I think it still is in Canada. Some good online sports books are BoDog, VIPSports, and Nine.

Americans might choose to place a bet with a local bookie. While this is probably the preferred method of gambling for many people outside on Las Vegas, it is not recommended. I’m sure most people have seen the Sopranos, and the real life mafia can be just as dangerous. If you live in the United States, I would recommend flying to Las Vegas and placing a bet there. I hear they have many good Sports Books, like the world famous Hilton Sports Book located inside the casino.

If it is legal to bet on the Super Bowl in your area, I would recommend gambling online. Many good lines and odds can be found at Online Sports Book. But not all online casinos are legit, so we only recommend the ones we suggest here. You can find these suggestions in the Sports books and Poker and Online Casinos tabs located at the top of the page (now deleted).

This year I’m going to a Super Bowl Party to watch the game. I went to one last year, and I can’t remember the end of the game :O) Fun things to do at super Bowl Parties is to place a lot of side bets, like who’s going to win the coin toss, or what team will score the first touchdown (probably the Colts). Betting on little things like this makes the Super Bowl more fun… and you don’t have to do it with money. At last year’s Super Bowl Party, we were just making up crazy things to bet… one of which everyone had to do a shot after an Asian scored… About 15 minutes later, someone realized that Hines Ward was half Korean… Well he went on to be the Super Bowl MVP, and the party got ridiculously drunk.

Sure, fantasy football ended weeks ago, but you can still root for individual players by betting Super Bowl Props (proposition bets). These bets enable to you bet that Colts’s running back, Joseph Addai , will get more yards than Bears’s running back, Thomas Jones, and a lot of other things. Who’s tight end will get the most yards, who quarterback will throw more touch downs, etc. The Super Bowl prop bets list can go on and on. Afterall, It’s the most watched and the most bet game in the country.

You can even bet on Super Bowl commercials.

Anway, this shoud be a great game.

Good Luck

Dreaming about winning the lottery

I would love to win the mega millions lottery. My life would change completely. But the funny thing is, is that when I think about it, I don’t dream about traveling around the world, buying 50 different cars, and going to the Super Bowl every year, I think about how to position the money for myself, my friends and my family.

I think of all the different trust funds that I would set up for my family so that they could lead a better life. What specific fund for which specific relative and how they would be structured so that the inheritance flows correctly to who it should. And for my friends, how they could benefit from funds paying x percentage to them a year so that they could take awesome vacations, buy bigger houses, not have to worry about their kids college funds, retire early, shit like that.

I think they say that most people who win the lottery are broke 5 years later. Well I would set it up so that neither I nor anyone I gave money to would be. It’s funny, so many people win and they just give a million dollars to there best friend, but they don’t realize that that friend will most likely blow through that money in a few years, and be back asking for more later. That’s why you need to have a plan for if you ever win. Of course, now that I have a plan, I never will win, but it’s fun to think about.

Everyone I know who plays the lottery, dreams about winning it. Like the ads used to say, All it takes is a dollar and a dream.

It’s so different from betting sports. Say I bet $1,000 on the Super Bowl and I won, I win a $1,000. It’s a lot of money and sure, I would pick a some bar tabs, but it really can’t change my life or the lives of the people around me. Even if I hit a 8 games parlay for a few hundred grand, it might change my life, but not my friends.

But now, if I won $95 Million in the mega millions lottery, all the people that I’m closest with would benefit. People would get out of debt, pay off their mortgages or maybe even stop paying rent and buy a place. I would structure friends payouts so that they would get about $100k a year. This way they could live their lives with more freedom. They would be able to work for less money if they wanted, or take years off from working. They would be able to take great vacations and go the Super Bowl every year (Trust me, we would be there). They would be able to save for an retire early. And even if they always blew their checks as soon as they got them, there would be another one coming then next month so that they would never be broke and have to come to me for money.

I’m telling you, if you ever win the lottery, trust funds are the way to go. I’d even create one for myself so that I would know that I would never be broke. Even if I lost my mind and decided to give everything I own to some cult. I would still get a check the next month, and be able to live a good lifestyle.

Well, that’s the basics of my plans for if I win the lottery. Hopefully 1 day it’ll happen. If not, I always have sports betting to fall back on ;O)

Getting ready for Tax Day

What a boring day today was. I just spent the last 11 hours preparing tax returns for friends and family. Well, I’m just about done, just waiting on my slow ass printer to finish printing everything. I might have to make some minor adjustments tomorrow, but nothing major.

As I haven’t been able to watch any March Madness today. I’ve been following my main bracket online. I haven’t seen more than 5 minutes of any game so far. Oh well. It’s not like it’s the Super Bowl or anything.

I’m still kinda pissed about the the post that I wrote earlier in the week getting deleted. In the grand scheme of things, I guess it’s not that important, since this site hasn’t really come back in an search engines, so I doubt anyone would have read it anyway, but it was really f -ing good.

Speaking of search engines, I really hope that I come back for – Bet the Super Bowl – and, or – Bet the NFL Super Bowl. I was killing it for these phrase just a month ago, and now it looks like I’m completely lost in rankings.

Well, I guess I should watch some of the games since I finally can, and get the hell away form my computer.

Good night all and good luck with you college basketball bets!

God damn it

I just wrote a whole f***ing post. My wireless internet stopped working, I hit publish and I lost the whole f***ing thing. It was great, long and full of good gambling talk, drinking talk, and Super Bowl talk. Now it’s f***ing gone, and there is no way that I want to rewrite the whole damn thing.

Forget it… I’m done for tonight.

Still cleaning up the Super Bowl site

I figure it might take me a few more weeks, if not months, to get this site back to where it should be. I really f***ed this thing up. Anyway, I hope it can recover.

I mean, I’m still sitting pretty for “bet the super bowl” with msn, but both yahoo and google have kicked me to the curb. If I could go back a few weeks, and start it over again, I would. Trust me. Being labeled as a spam site sucks. I’m just glad that I realized it now. But I’m still not sure that I can correct the damage that has been done. I guess only time can tell.

But I know one thing, today, I’m going to go back and delete all the BS posts that hurt me in the first place. I might as well clean up this mess early than try to waiting it out and to get back to the great rankings I once had.

This really sucks. It’s like starting all over with this blog.

Okay. I just deleted about 10 posts of anything that might even resemble not original content. I guess I fell a little better now in knowing that this site lost a few pages, but at least search engines won’t get all crazy about dup content.

Now as for Super Bowl 2009, it’s still very far away. If you are looking to get tickets, now is the time to send your entries into the NFL. There is a few month window where they are accepting entries for Super Bowl tickets lottery, and short of having good connections, or being a season ticket holder for one the Super Bowl teams, this is your best shot for getting tickets.

Time to hop in the shower. Thanks for checking out this site. Be sure to come back around the time of the SUper Bowl as we will be ranking the best offshore sports books to be betting with!

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day

It’s Saint Patrick’s Day and people around the world are drinking. I really don’t have much else to write, so I think that this will be all for today. Anyway, have a good one. And drink some green beer!

yada, yada, yada… Super Bowl!

If you have stumbled on this blog and like to gamble, check out BoDog. It’s one of the biggest and best sportsbooks in the world, and they also offer poker and almost every casino game available.

So I went to the gym today, yada, yada, yada… Super Bowl!

So far this year, I’ve been to the gym 8 times and 1 boxing class. Also in the last 2 weeks, I’ve been to the gym 8 times and 1 boxing class. Yeah I’m just starting to get back into it. And I’ve been trying to track how many times that I go to the gym to see how much it costs me every time I go for 2008. I doesn’t help that I’ve had a membership since January 1, but it does help that work picks up about 80% of the cost.

I belong to New York Sports Clubs. I like the gyms. They are everywhere in Manhattan. Most have decent classes. The one by my work is nice. The one by my home is nice. Both are a few minute walk, so I really can’t complain.

It’s still Saturday, but I’m typing for tomorrow, or any other day that I don’t feel like writing something. I’ve been trying to post once a day of this site to build it up, get some more traffic, but mostly some better search rankings for Super Bowl time.

I had some good hits last year, and I think I would have made some good money if the damn Giants didn’t win. It seemed like everyone and their mother was of the Giants, and more than a few people bet them to win straight up at something like 4 to 1 odds. That’s how Vegas lost money. That’s also how I didn’t make a f-ing dime on the game, and it cut into money that I had already made. I guess that why they call it gambling.

The public won this Super Bowl, but that usually doesn’t happen. Vegas isn’t in the business of giving money away, and I expect them to turn a nice profit on the Super Bowl for the next few years. It has to be the law of averages that the public wins sometimes, but not most of the time or even half the time.

I can write gambling all day, and it’s perfect for this blog. But honesty, I get a little bored writing about gambling and football picks. Especially during a down swing, it’s really hard to keep picking games every week.

I even get sick of sports at a certain point. I used to play fantasy baseball every year, and I think that I’m going to stop this year. I need a break from watching stat lines everyday. It gets old.

Anyway, I think that this might be long enough for now. So I’ll see you probably never, but I’ll keep writing.

It’s Saturday Afternoon

and I just got back from the gym. Sweating like a mother.

Still posting in NFL preseason, why? Well, I decided to beef up one category at a time. That and it’s still the preseason. Or maybe the pre-preseason.

That hasn’t been a change in the search ranking for this site yet, but I’m not giving up hope. I still have 3 quarters of a year to get his site back up to the rank it should be, and I’m working hard to get it there. Working hard = taking the time to write one rambling post a day. Okay, so I might not be working that hard…

My girl is currently cleaning the apartment. I like a clean place, but I hate that she gets in such a bad mood every time she cleans. Walking around the place huffing and puffing…

March madness is right around the corner, and I’m in more than a few brackets already. They say this is is the biggest weekend in Vegas. The Super Bowl is the second biggest weekend.

UNC is playing right now and it is a close game. It’s still early, but I have to say, I’m impressed by the play of Virginia Tech. It can still happen, but I would have expected UNC to blow them out. I was thinking of betting a few games today, but I haven’t yet. I might throw something on Georgetown tonight to make it interesting.

Anyway, I might stop writing and start helping my girl clean a little. We have some people coming over tonight, and while I don’t care what our place looks like for guests, it seems like most people do. Who am I kidding, I’m not going to help her clean :O) But I probably still stop writing soon. I have some calls to make.

This is the episode where Earl goes back to being bad

So much for Karma. I know just he’ll get it back next season. If not, I can’t see where this show is going. Personally I think it jumped the shark when they sent Earl to jail. Maybe it’ll end after this season? I don’t know. I don’t really follow those types of things.

I wonder what if would be like to live in Alabama? I’ve never been to Alabama. I imagine that it would be kinda boring. check that. very boring. What the biggest city in Alabama? A quick search told me that it is Birmingham.

Looking up Birmingham in Wiki, I found out that it is important to the US banking industry with one of the largest banking centers in the country. It also has the headquarters on one fortune 500 company. I guess it’s enough to hang a hat on.

Still I’m sure life is very different down there. I mean sure, every still bets on and watches the Super Bowl, but I’m sure that life moves at a lot slower pace. All the Southerns that I’ve ever met seem to move at in slow motion. I don’t know for sure, but I would guess that most are racist too. They probably all love country music as well.

The next Super Bowl is in Tampa. Let’s learn something about Tampa, should we? Well Tampa is bigger than Birmingham. I’m not surprise, but I am surprise in the size of Tampa. According to Wiki, it’s the 3 largest city in the South Eastern US, behind Miami and Atlanta.

Tampa also has alot of sports teams. Of course the Tampa Bay Bus play in the NFL. The Devil Rays MLB. The Lighting play hockey. The Storm is their AFL team. And the U of South Florida is based there. What up Big East?!?!

Okay. now I’m watching the Apprentice. I also at the end of Earl, it seemed like he started believing in Karma again. They had to do that. After all, it’s the whole basis of the show.

Okay that’s enough for now. See you all later.
