Notice that Detroit and other teams that are eliminated from the playoffs are no longer listed? Also notice that teams that have a very long long road to the NFL playoffs also have very long odds to win the Super Bowl? You can get 5,000 – 1 to bet the Houston Texans to win the Super Bowl. So if you bet $500 on Houston, and they won, you would win $2,500,000. That is how much of a long shot they are. I think to even make the NFL playoffs, they have to win out the rest of the season, and several other teams will need to lost the rest of their games. Then of course, the Texans would have to win all of their playoffs games, and then the Super Bowl against much better teams the whole way. Anyway, it’s near impossible and if you were to bet it, you might as well kiss that $500 goodbye.
So those are the update odds for now. If you are interested in betting any of these Super Bowl Props, you probably have until Thursday night’s game before the odds change again.
