I doubt it, but it looks like he may be headed to New York in the NFL Draft tomorrow. So far McFadden has said that he LOVES New York and that he think the Jets will draft him. Of course, news is that this mother hates the Big Apple and hopes her son ends up closer to home which is Little Rock… Sorry mom, I think your son will be a Jet… and have to wait a year or two for a real Super Bowl shot.
The Super Bowl 2012 is only 4 years away. Who cares, right? Well, Indy does. From the Indianapolis Business Journal, “The leader of Indianapolis’ bid to host the 2012 Super Bowl is more optimistic than ever about the city’s chances after a meeting yesterday with NFL officials that lasted more than five hours.”
Indy is competing against Phoenix and Houston to host the 2012 Super Bowl. They lost their bid to win host 2011 Super Bowl to Dallas. Phoenix lost their bid last year too… I bet sooner or later that both these cities will get a shot at the Big Game. You figure the judges will have to pick them for a pity vote at some point down the road. Yeah, I would bet on it.
Of course, the big news is that the NFL Draft is tomorrow. Can you bet on the NFL draft picks? Sure! BoDog is offering all kinds of prop bets on the NFL Draft. You can bet all kinds of things from “Who will the Kansas City Chiefs take with the #5 pick in the NFL Draft?” to “Who will be the first RB drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 2008 NFL draft?” If you interested in making the draft more interesting with some wagers, check out bodog (There is a link on our homepage).
